Not quite yet! We're preparing for our 2027 relaunch. Join the first-drop list and we'll share the menu and ordering details before the first batch is available. Signing up doesn't place an order or reserve a spot.

Our signatures are generously sized chocolate-chip cookies, custom celebration cakes, and delicate macarons. The full menu, flavors, and pricing will be shared closer to launch.
03Where is Gingersnap Bakery based?
We're based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pickup arrangements and any other fulfillment options will be announced before ordering opens.
04Can I ask about a celebration cake?
Of course. Use the Say hello form to tell us what you have in mind. We're happy to hear from you, but we aren't confirming dates or accepting cake bookings yet.
05What if I have a dietary or allergen question?
Please ask before ordering when our menu launches. Ingredient and allergen information will be shared with the menu; this website doesn't currently make any allergen-free or special-diet claims.
